PEER VIII Mini App Reviews

Constantly crashing, wont load any images/ekgs. Attempted to write to the email that is the only option given for technical support and its a dead address! WORSE than useless as it wastes your limited time and doesnt at all help you study!

The questions are ok, its cheaper than the print version. But I just took the post test, went through 450 questions, and a bug made it so I cant see how I did. Even sadder, there is a review from 10 months ago that says the same. Not surprising that ACEP doesnt really care once they have my money; maybe if I worked for emp they would fix the product. Get Hippoem. Much more useful.

I downloaded the app to my iPhone 5 and all I get is the main screen with the Peer VIII logo on it with nothing else. No links or tabs. Nothing. In short I paid for a screen with a logo on it. To top it off, the app support link doesnt work. Completely useless.

Didnt want to leave a bad review because I was hopeful theyd fix it. Ive had this app for about a year. And nothing has changed. Still bugs out and locks me out. Randomly shuts down and loses my progress. Photos dont work and if it does, then itll force me to restart the test after I see it. There are apps out there you pay $1 for and get more updates than this. Theres no excuse. Especially one branded by ACEP.

I purchased this and midway through pretest it started crashing. Now it wont load at all, just the main screen. Theres no info on a fix and based off other reviews this is an old problem... Keep your money for use elsewhere.

Most of the questions do not work. I am an intern in EM and I have heard incredible things about peer review which lead me to purchase this app. The information is excellent however the app is useless. I am only able to do the first question for each section(21 questions of the supposed 450 total). When I go to the second question, it does not load and I am only able to see the answer choices. I will be contacting apple to get a refund because it is obvious the people at ACEP do not care about this app anymore. It is nonfunctional in my mind. If it is updated and useful it would be an excellent resource for board prep however that is not the case. It is neglected by ACEP and has not been updated since 2013. Unacceptable and a waste of money. I will gladly change my review if the app changes. DO NOT BUY UNLESS UPDATED.
